I have been practicing Personal Injury Law for over 16 years. I represent individuals who have been seriously injured due to the fault of others. The variety of personal injury cases I handle arises from car accidents, motorcycle accidents, bicycle accidents, slip / trip and fall accidents, dog bites, and from any other incident causing physical and mental injuries.
Prior to becoming a Plaintiff’s Attorney, I worked as a Defense Attorney, serving the legal needs of a variety of insurance companies, and providing legal defense to their insureds. My past experience gives me a unique advantage to efficiently analyze a personal injury claim, competently advise on the strength and weakness of a potential lawsuit, and effectively strategize litigation to maximize monetary compensation for my clients.
Throughout my legal career, I have managed and resolved hundreds of personal injury cases. Most of these cases were successfully mediated, resulting in faster monetary compensation for my clients. I have also arbitrated and tried several cases, both in San Francisco and in the East Bay.
I hold law degrees from both Italy and the United States, including a Master’s Degree in U.S. Law. I am licensed to practice law in the state of California and in the state of New York. In addition to English, I speak fluent Italian (native) and I consider myself competent in Spanish.
I am active with the Italian-American community of the San Francisco Bay Area. I am privileged to serve on the Board of Directors of the Italian American Bar Association of Northern California, of which I also served as the President for 3 years. I volunteered as an Attorney Coach, for the Irvington and Mission San Jose High Schools Mock Trial Competition Teams.
I am married and have two children. In my free time, I enjoy bike riding and the outdoors. I also play the guitar and, when the chance presents itself, I love singing Operatic Arias and Classic Neapolitan songs.
